  1. Magazine is a yearly subscription service and a subscriber has to pay in advance. There is no provision of refunds once the subscription starts.
  2. If any issue of the magazine is not received or received in a defective/damaged condition, then you may kindly submit your request to info@tulip3pmedia.in with your subscription details and mailing address to get a fresh copy.
